How difficult is sailing the WINGSAILER?
Novices can learn how to handle it in 10-15 minutes; experienced skippers can use their know how and experiment with this revolutionary craft.

How fast will it go?
In 2-3 knots of gentle breeze, it ghosts along.  It becomes perky in 5-8 knots, and planes at 15-18 knots of wind.  (Note that its small size makes it feel like it's going faster than it really is.)

Does it turn over easily?
No.  Because a wing is a more efficient airfoil than a conventional sail, the WINGSAILER heels less than other sailboats.  So tipping over is less likely.  It will occasionally go over in strong winds, but will not turtle because the wing floats.  Just press on the centerboard and you're ready to go again.

How many people will it hold?
The WINGSAILER handles 300 lbs. But sails best carrying 175 lbs. Or less.

How do you control the wing?
Via a single rope - the mainsheet - which comes out of the boat's bow.
